Leona Sinclair

Qualifying from Orkney College in 2000 with a HNC in Business Administration, Leona had built up great experience working in admin before joining the Flett & Carmichael customer care team in May 2019. She is married to a local beef and sheep farmer, and enjoys showing shetland ponies and horse riding with her family, so understands the needs of our clients and their animals.

Leona’s effective manner and exceptional administrative skills guarantee smooth running of our office on a daily bases. Along with running the reception with Anna, they ensure our clients accounts are kept up-to-date, and reminders are sent out.

Leona has great customer relations with our clients and enjoys meeting their pets at the surgery; saying ‘I have always felt part of the team, and get great satisfaction ensuring our clients and their animals are given the best possible care’.
